Becoming A Candidate

Dear Potential Candidate,

The time has arrived in Texas and America for a type of leadership which only citizen legislators can provide.  Disconnected from the realities of day to day living, our current leaders have convinced themselves and us that they and the enormously complicated machinery which is the government they have created have become paramount and indispensible.  Just as there was a time in which this nation relied on citizen soldiers, the time has come for citizen legislators, leaders with the conviction to guide us with maturity and sense.

If you are a leader in your community, if you believe this might be you, and if you are willing to contribute the time, the resources and the blood, sweat and tears then we would like to hear from you.  Don't be deterred from exploring this path by the seeming complexity of what our current leaders have devised.  If you are a person of thought, and you too have labored at the hand of what they have brought upon us, you are more than qualified.  We the people would be more than fortunate to have persons like you represent us.
